Appointment Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 - 48 hours' notice to accommodate other clients. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Refunds: Refunds are not offered for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please reach out to us directly within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address any concerns.

Products:

Returns and Exchanges: Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products, including lash growth serum and lash shampoo.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at book@mypuritylift.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refusal of Returns:
